I am a male fourth year med student currently in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment 1/2 a mile north of shaker square. It is a five minute drive into school in the morning. Your rent would be $460 plus your share of the electric/heat and internet (about $50 a month). The apartment is setup great for roommates it is two bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment with two bathrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher and a large pantry, central air conditioning, and garage parking is available. I am in the slightly larger room with the attached bathroom, the other bedroom (your room) has a bathroom just outside of the bedroom and two large walk in closets. It is on the fourth floor. Prefer a non-smoker. No pets are allowed by the building. Let me know if you are interested/want to see it/see pictures of the apartment.
