To say the apartment is spacious is an understatement. Features include a wide balcony with chairs, perfect for warm summer nights; a huge, airy living room which even includes a cozy study area, a dining room with a bar, and more storage space than you'll ever need (including a locked walk-in space in the basement).

The apartment's current occupants are a Case psychology undergrad and a Case grad student at Weatherhead. Rent is $430/month, plus a few bucks for internet and electricity (well under $20). E-Mail or post if interested.
