need 2 roommates for Overlook Carriage house

Hey there you who need to live somewhere! I've got two spots opening up in my three bedroom carriage house on Overlook Rd right above Little Italy just a 15 minute walk to campus. Looking for roommates to sign a year's lease starting August 1 and hopefully to stay on for several years. Rent is $400/mo, all utilities covered but elec, and plenty of free parking. Great place to live! Looking for clean, respectful, fun dudes. Smokers fine but outdoors only. 2350 Overlook Road, the carriage house behind The College Club. Let me know ASAP!
