We are two female first year medical students looking for a 3rd roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment. We are both 23, nice, non-smokers, and don't have pets. We are hoping to find another graduate student to move in with us and have no M/F preference.

The apartment is within walking distance to the hospitals. It is located on Overlook Rd at Kenilworth Rd. Rent is 1095$, which would be split between 3 people (~365/person), and includes heat, water, and sewer. All we would be paying extra is electric. We are moving in early July and are looking for someone who could preferably also move in July.

The apartment has a lot of space (1800 sq feet), has hardwood floors, washers and dryers in the lower level, and parking at additional cost. It is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, has a sunroom, living room, dining room, and a newer kitchen w/ a dishwasher.
