I'm Chris, a third year medical student, who will have one or two nice rooms available. One within a month and another within a month to a month and a half.

I am looking for another graduate/professional school student(s) to live with.

I have a very nice house in a safe neighborhood near Cedar and Lee and about a five minute drive to school. I have a big porch and a front lawn and possibly a grill if my current roommate leaves it behind. It is mostly furnished too.

One of the rooms is 440 a month plus utilities and the other is 470 and is the upstairs with a bathroom to yourself.

I have a washer and a dryer that are only 1 year old.
