Hey. I'm an incoming first year grad student. I am looking to find a place to move into starting August first. I just had a few questions for you. What is the utility bill usually like? Also, is there ample parking near the apartment and how long is the drive to the Case campus? Thanks.

Utility is 25 - 50. 8-10 min drive to campus. Ample street parking no permit required.
