I'm a grad student from department of chemistry and I'm looking for someone to share two bedroom apartment for 08/09 school year. Place is really cheap!!!
My lesser asks for the 12month lease to be signed starting 1st of August.
Till 1st of August both or the bedrooms are full.

The rent is 550$ which is to be split in two parts, so it is 275$ + utilities per person. My pretty much only condition is no drugs and no alcohol.
