Posting pictures and as much information as possible is good. It is recommended that you use http://filer.case.edu for picture hosting.

Roommate wanted ads and sublets are cool, but if you are a landlord posting properties, you must use http://offcampus.case.edu and not this forum.

If you want to warn others about specific landlords, please post them in the portents thread. This is handy because you can just look at one thread. Chances are that anyone mentioned there would not advertise on this board, but they might advertise on the ALOHA service mentioned above.
