You might need to alter your search terms slightly- I believe the term is "frontispiece". When so doing, our catalog has one title here:

I also turned up quite a few articles on Sutra frontispieces searching JSTOR (http://www.jstor.org) for "Sutra and frontispieces", so that is worth a try.
