I have 2GB (2 1GB modules) of laptop RAM (SO-DIMMs) for sale. $20 for both, $10 for one, prices negotiable if necessary.

Specs: DDR2 SDRAM, PC2-5300 (667 MHz), CL5 (5-5-5-15). Manufacturer is "Nanya."

These modules came out of an almost 1-year old MacBook Pro, but they will work in any Mac or PC laptop that can take RAM of the listed specifications. (Please consult your laptop's manual to verify this!)

The modules passed a Unix memtest before I took them out, and they are currently being stored in an antistatic bag.
