I was wondering what the proper way would be to get a forum for a
university group. I'm part of CREATE, a new research group on campus and
we're looking for a dynamic, user friendly way of listing our projects
and organizing teams. A forum suits our needs the best.

We currently have about 20 members so the bandwidth load wouldn't be
very great.
