Is there anyone checking the forum@case.edu email during the summer? I emailed recently, but just talked to someone else who apparently emailed about the same thing about a month ago without a response...

Those emails go to me (among others), and no, I haven't read though the queue since like March since its mostly Nick Tierno reporting messages he believes should be moderated.

I'll try and check out your request later in the day...

Actually, I see no new emails for the past six weeks, and pretty much everything is a request to remove a post or spam.

What did you send your inquiry? What was it about?

It was about getting a private forum for my current job. Private because of the sensitive nature of things that would be discussed on it.

Basically we want a better way to communicate than by email.

Do you have gmail blocked or something? I sent it as mjr38 from Gmail...

Hmm, I don't see anything. We do run DSPAM on the queue, I wonder if it zapped the message for some reason.

I'll try resending with all the info on the case mail then.

It turns out, that was indeed the case. I found 1900 msgs in the DSPAM folder for just the forum RT queue, and of those 22 were from CWRU addresses and look like legit requests. :(
