We'd like to "sticky" a topic in the "Ask a Librarian" forum. I am a moderator there, but don't seem to have stick-ifying abilities. Can someone who does please sticky the "Distribution rights" topic?

Ah! There it is! I hadn't thought to look in that drop down "Special".
